Business Management Analyst (multiple openings)

JOB DUTIES:  Conduct strategic analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement; Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects; Identify and validate the business requirements using various techniques; Lead requirement gathering and business process workshops (internal and external) to capture functional and non-functional requirements; Write requirements specifications in using standard templates in accordance with the chosen project methodology; Represent requirements using visual models as appropriate; Assist in developing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals; Develop and implement performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs); Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance; Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement; Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies; Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization initiatives; Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities; Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast targets; Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial performance; Assist in project management activities, including project planning, execution, and monitoring; Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery; Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and address concerns; Provide support and guidance to project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; Develop change management plans to support organizational initiatives and projects. Work with Risk Registers, Risk Matrices and FMEA, SWOT Analysis, PESTLE Analysis, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, User Story Writing, Cost Benefit Analysis, SDLC, Waterfall methodologies, SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos, Power BI, Business Process Model and Notation (BPNP), JIRA, Confluence, Scrum and Kanban.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field plus at least 18 months of experience. Foreign degree equivalent based on education, training, and/or experience is acceptable. Experience to include working with Risk Registers, Risk Matrices and FMEA, SWOT Analysis, PESTLE Analysis, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, User Story Writing, Cost Benefit Analysis, SDLC, Waterfall methodologies, SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos, Power BI, Business Process Model and Notation (BPNP), JIRA, Confluence, Scrum and Kanban.

 

 

HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

 

JOB LOCATION: Mobile Apps Enterprises LLC d/b/a Enhance IT, 1785 The Exchange SE, Atlanta, GA 30339. Travel not required but must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country per contract demand.
