Android Developer (multiple openings)

JOB DUTIES: Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features; Work with external data sources and APIs. Perform unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability; Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency; Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance; Designing, develop, and maintain complex user interfaces and features for Android mobile applications; Analyze and optimize mobile apps for code efficiency and run-time performance; Serve as a member of the architecture team responsible for approving client architecture as well as client/server integration points and APIs; Architect, analyze, and test Android apps that mash up social, cloud, mobile, geo, recommendations, and enterprise data in new ways; Design, analyze, and test next-generation enterprise-enabled Android mobile apps for a variety of devices that showcase mobile servers.

JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Chemical Engineering or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) related field plus 2 years of experience. Foreign degree equivalent based on education, training, and/or experience is acceptable. Experience to include two years experience with the following tools/technologies: Java, Python, SQL, Tableau, Qliksense, Android SDK, RESTFUL APIs, Git, Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and Continuous integration.

HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

JOB LOCATION: Mobile Apps Enterprises LLC d/b/a Enhance IT, 1785 The Exchange SE, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30339. Travel not required but must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country per contract demand.
